Oh, hello there! My name is Kristina Walton, born the same day as Abraham Lincoln, but not the same year. Like old Abe, my hope is to make a small change in the world, even if it’s just a smile.
I like to make pretty things, collect vintage flare and admittedly spend too much time on Google Reader.
I run a small design firm and have a shop. I started My Heart Behaves on midnight, January 1, 2009 as my New Years resolution. Surprisingly, it’s the only one that’s ever stuck.
When I’m not designing/writing/crafting, I spend time in my East Dallas home with three other men: a boy named Daniel, Oliver the mini schnauzer and a fat, fat cat we call Mr. Spencer.

UPDATE: I was driving along Good Latimer last Monday, and they have painted over the Periodic Table of Dallas! This must have happened in the last week or so. I’m terribly disappointed and wish I could have done some more photos before this landmark disappeared forever. :(
